Pricing: All prices subject to change without notice.
Terms: All orders require a 50% deposit and balance is due before shipping.
Shipping/Freight: All orders are shipped blanket wrapped, unless otherwise indicated on the purchase order.
All orders are F.O.B., Draper, UT. All claims for damage or loss in transit must be filed with the carrier. Bent Log Design
is not responsible for damage occurring in shipping.
Returns: Bent Log Design must pre-authorize any return.
Cancellations: Bent Log Design reserves the right to retain any or all of the deposit. The customer will be responsible
for costs incurred.
Custom Orders: We specialize in custom orders. Please include detailed plans
Chairs, Sofas, Ottomans: All sold frame only. Cushions are available by special order.
Table Bases: The cedar root, cedar, juniper, and manzanita pedestals are sold base only. Glass, stone
or solid wood table tops are available by special order. Please specify on your order the size of the top to be used
and every effort will be made to match the pedestal to the size of the top. Custom base heights are available to match the
table top thickness with the finished height.
Finishes: Natural, sandblasted, lacquer, oils, stains, polyurethane, varnish, washes.
Guarantee: Cracks and checks are inherent in the natural materials we use and shall not be considered defects. However,
Bent Log Design will repair or replace any piece that is structurally unsound from cracking and checking free of charge.
